Norvexiq provides software development, digital transformation, IT consulting, and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement signed by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All source code, documentation, and deliverables created specifically for a client during a paid engagement become the client's intellectual property upon full payment.
• Norvexiq retains the right to use any general methodologies, tools, libraries, and frameworks used during development.
• Website content, logos, and branding materials on the Norvexiq website are the property of Norvexiq unless otherwise stated.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our contact forms or services
• Not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Not interfere with the proper functioning of our website or services

5. Payment Terms

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norvexiq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Warranties

Norvexiq warrants that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Services are provided "as is" without any other express or implied warranty, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement as specified in the applicable Statement of Work. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination. Norvexiq reserves the right to terminate access to our website for any violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
